Mr. K. Gangadhar is a dynamic, creative and a visionary leader. He has done M.A. (English Lit.) from Pune University and B. Ed. from Mumbai University. His professional pursuance is seen in his entire education for always been a student of vocational studies viz. Electrics during Secondary, Medical Laboratory Technology during Sr. Secondary, a Diploma in Computer Management while doing his graduation and for running a computer education institute 'Career Computers' during his post graduations. He received Best Cadet Award in National Service Scheme, has represented at State and University level in competitions and played many leadership roles during his student life. He was also awarded 'The Most Resourceful Student Teacher' and 'The Best Action Research' awards on developing global perspective among students, a project of studies by the government of UK.
After working for an NGO for the academic excellence of a school, he joined a residential school at Mumbai and worked there in various capacities pertaining to a residential school. He received the Best Head of the Department Award and the Appreciation Award for his outstanding results in classes X & XII.
For his glorious achievements as a principal at Pune, he was awarded with the National Integration Fellowship by the Association of All Maharashtra Journalists. Thereafter working as a founder principal for a CBSE school in Thane, he established a school with system & culture. Before coming to Kuwait, he was working as a principal for an International Residential cum Day School at Nasik.
He possesses profound interest in pedagogy and has conducted many workshops and orientation programmes for students and teachers. Apart from attending many in service training programmes and courses, he is also a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001-2000 and has a certification in School Accreditation from Quality Council of India. He has written many short plays and has received The Best Direction award at district level.
His passion remains to create a model school with perennial system and unique educational culture to tap & nurture the latent talent of students and educate them to excel in actualizing themselves as global citizens who shall act as the ambassadors of peace and sustainable development.
