Registration for admission starts in the month of October for LKG and December for other classes for the ensuing academic year commencing from April.

1. Age Requirements (Academic Year 2026–27)

Note for Classes II – XI: Students seeking admission to other classes (II – XI) must produce a valid Transfer Certificate from the previous school, duly attested and countersigned by the respective District Education Officer of the State / Competent Authority.

2. Documents Required at the Time of Admission

i. Two passport-size photographs of the student.

ii. Photocopies of the passports of the student, father, and mother.

iii. Copies of Civil IDs of the student, father, and mother.

iv. Copy of the birth certificate of the student (whether born in India or Kuwait).

v. Health Card of the student (whether born in India or Kuwait).

Additional Guidelines

Verification: Originals of all documents must be produced at the time of admission and will be returned after verification.

Admission File & Prospectus:

An admission file duly filled in and supported by relevant documents must be submitted at the time of admission.

The admission file and prospectus can be obtained from the offices of branch schools on payment of KD 25/-.

Taking an admission file from the school does not guarantee admission.

Special Notice: A special notice with all relevant information on registration/admission will be issued to parents usually in the month of December.

Class XI Admission: Admission to Class XI and allotment of streams and subjects are done on the basis of an Entrance Examination and Class X examination grades. All students intending to join Class XI must seek fresh admission.

Civil ID Updates: For online entry from school to MOE, Kuwait, updated Civil IDs must be submitted to the school office / class teacher as and when the Civil ID is updated.

• The School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education and is recognized by the Ministry of Education, State of Kuwait. The medium of instruction is English and the second language for all classes up to VIII is Hindi. Arabic is the third language up to class VIII. Students can opt for French or Hindi in class IX and X. In classes XI and XII three streams are offered - Commerce, Science and Humanities. The Syllabus for classes VI to XII is according to the guidelines laid down by the NCERT, with classes IX to XII following NCERT books. Physical Education, Art, Music and Work Experience are an essential part of the curriculum.
   
• We have adopted the new Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation programme of the CBSE. It has brought out a major and a welcome change in the assessment of classes VI to X. Rote learning and memorization has been replaced by emphasis on thinking skills and the continuous growth of students. CCE focuses on the holistic assessment of a learner which includes both scholastic and co-scholastic areas of learner growth with particular reference to attributes such as life skills, attitudes and values, sports and games as well as co-curricular activities. It means interactive teaching, regularity of assessment, frequency of unit testing, diagnosis of learning gaps, use of corrective measures, retesting and feedback of evidence to teachers and students for their self evaluation.

General Terms & Conditions

Non-Refundable Policy: School fees once paid are non-refundable.

Full Term Charge: If a student attends school during a term, full term fees will be charged irrespective of the number of days attended.

Mid-Term Admissions: Students admitted in the middle of a term are charged fees from the beginning of that term.

Overdue Payments:

A. If school dues are not paid by the specified deadline, the student's name will be temporarily removed from the school rolls, and they will not be allowed to attend school.

B. The student may be readmitted to school upon payment of outstanding school dues along with the re-admission fee.

SCHOOL TRANSPORT RULES

Privilege: The use of school transport is a privilege and not a right.

Discontinuation Policy: One month's notice must be given in writing, or one month's transport fee will be charged in lieu of notice for discontinuing the facility suddenly.

Student Discipline: All students using the school bus facility must behave in a disciplined manner in the buses, failing which bus facilities will be withdrawn without any notice.

Property Damage: The school will recover the cost of repairs for any damage caused to the bus by any student.

Route Coverage: Bus facilities are extended to students on the existing routes and designated bus stops only.

Parent Complaints: Any complaints from parents regarding school transport should be submitted to the Principal in writing.

Driver Interaction: No parent or student will be allowed to deal with the driver directly for any complaint.

Safety Rule: No student should lean out of the bus window or put their head out under any circumstances.

Rule Modifications: Transport rules may be modified by the school management at any time.

Route Cancellation: Any bus route may be cancelled if it is found to be uneconomical.
